1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the DjAFRO application or visiting djafro.app, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our service.

2. Account Terms

• You must be at least 13 years of age to create an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You must provide accurate and complete registration information.
• One account per person; accounts are non-transferable.

3. Subscription & Payments

• Access to premium content requires an active paid subscription.
• Subscription fees are billed in KES (Kenyan Shillings) or the currency of your region.
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date.
• All payments are final; refunds are issued only in accordance with applicable law.

4. Permitted Use

DjAFRO grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and view content for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not:

• Download, copy, or redistribute any content without prior written consent.
• Use any automated tools or scrapers to access the platform.
• Share your account credentials with third parties.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on DjAFRO, including dubbed audio, video, graphics, and the DjAFRO brand, is the property of DjAFRO or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. The DJ Afro dubbing style and character are proprietary to DJ Afro Amigos.

6. Prohibited Conduct

• Circumventing any digital rights management or content protection mechanisms.
• Uploading or transmitting malicious code.
• Harassing other users or DjAFRO staff.
• Using the platform for any unlawful purpose.

7. Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. DjAFRO does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the platform. Content availability may vary by region and is subject to change.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DjAFRO shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Kenya. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Nairobi, Kenya.
